Thanks for your reply. sir my concerned is about the benefits to employer available after increasing of employees wages more than 15000/- with in three years as specified in notifications or not.
Once the employee cross the GROSS salary limit of 15000/- it get disqualified from the scheme,
LIN registration (at labout.nic.in) is mandatory with aadhar card seeding to make assessment of GROSS salary, and its not based on EPFO wages basis

but sir, gross salary is not applicable for calculation of EPF/EPS. its only related to EPS salary than where we have to provide the gross salary.
That is the Twist of PMRPY
its applicable on GROSS salary,
under labour.nic.in the same LIN would be seeded in ESIC which is applicable on GROSS salary
1st time employment / LIN verification / aadhar seeding is besic concept

today i visited to NDC (National Data Center) where they are advise on same stating that the wages means as specified in Act not gross. please clear.
you can check the last sheet 12 for model of payment
under LIN gross payment is mentioned, and claim is processed through LIN

look at attached conditions EPF salary may be maintained at ceiling limit of 15000/ but under labour.nic.in gross will get displayed

sir,
referred to my earlier conversation (Post), EPFO has advised wages means "basic wages, dearness allowance and retaining allowance" but i am still in confuse to understand the meaning of Monthly wages. nowhere found the gross salary.
