Reimbursement of PMRPY is not in hands of EPFO,
it will be routed through where gross salary definition is diff than EPFO salary
LIN would be seeded with ESIC and EPFO both, the easiest way to trace the gross salary drawn,
one is free to entitle the ESIC salary as EPFO salary without claiming any allowance like HRA/Travel, there is no such bar, but gross should not exceed 15000
additional employment only would get entitled in this scheme , for base mark, the march ECR manpower would be considered, say if march ECR contain 40 persons and in aug 5 persons left, 10 joined,
then entitlement would be only 5 , which is above benchmark of 40

Discussed with EPFO with reference to your reply, EPF officials are still on their stand stating that the wage means as specified in EPF Act.
still not clear from my end. we have only to wait and watch for any clearification from provident fund office or labour department.

sir, refererred to the news of SSA with Bhutan and Nepal. can we treat them in PMRPY to avail employer benefit.
sir, please help me, employees from nepal are working in our company.
Here when I want to register the employees, they ask for Job title, but when I try to put computer or software engineer, there is no such job title, the job titles mentioned are all related to manual labour.
Is this policy not applicable for MSME's involved in software/security surveillance.

Nepal or Bhutan is not a basic criteria for PMRPY but AADHAAR card and 1st time employment is
Job title can not be software engineer ,its his skill it can be defined under management staff under available category depending on skill

I have some confusion regarding PMRPY benefits as under
Have paid PF for nov -17. After that in end of december we have registered with PMRPY portal for 4 eligible members successfully, now at the time of ECR challan for month dec -17 generation, there is some pension amount benefits shows under PMRPY row.
Now it is clearly understand that particular amount for pension would directly be paid by government. BUT, WE GOT EMAIL FROM EPFO THAT It has been decided to allow reimbursement for previous months from the date of employment wherever it is applicable for registered employees under PMRPY/PMPRPY against ECR submitted for previous months. Reimbursement shall be made automatically to your registered Bank Account Number.
So are they talking about reimbursement of nov 17 amount???
Please clarify the process .

PMRPY scheme was introduced in Aug'2016 and conditions as follows
Employee have first employment on or after 01/04/2016
Gross salary not exceeds Rs 15000/-
member particulars (i.e. Name, DoB, Gender) in Aadhar and UAN should be same
employer have to register employees in PMRPY login through seeding Aadhar
