Sir, Thanks for sharing. My Query on this is -
1) What about contractors who are paying PF of contract employees of the Principal Employer.(Where in PF is Part of ctc paid by Principal Employer)
2) Is the scheme stands applicable to contractors. If Contractor has his own employees on roll as base strength)
3) What is the solution , where contractor and Principal employer relationship exists and Principal employer has outsourced his Payroll on Contractors epf code.
4)What about the Manpower providing companies who provides employment to new employees on contract but employees on contract are not sustained for 03 Years.
Also I feel that agencies who provide contracting services in respect of unskilled and semiskilled manpower may face a problem in getting the business as every employer would now demand that they would like to avail PMRPY benefit and consequently will put the burden of EPF of new employees on contractors.
is this scheme only for textiles companies or all of the other companies.
