Respected All,
I have joined as a Senior Accountant in one of the PVT LTD co. before one month. they have not given me any appointment letter neither i said for the same.
But now completion of a month i have asked for the salary on 8th October they told that they have no money to pay me right now they give me after he got.
I do not wish to continue any more here.
Please suggest me what i have to do. any what is the notice period i have to given them for the resignation.
Please give your suggestions for the said matter.
And please send me the Appointment Letter and Resignation Letter format as per law applicable for the salary.

Dear Mr.Raval,
Sorry to know that you have not been paid salary.
You have option of sending legal notice to them for payment of salary-however you do not seem to have documentary poof of employment-never the less do send them a legal notice.
There is no standard letter of resignation nor is there any standard format of appointment letter.
You may send your resignation letter by speed post stating that you were appointed as----- (designation ) on ---(date and year) and are resigning as you have not been paid salary.
Also say that no notice period is applicable as you were on probation as informed during interview.

Donot send resignation letter, instead write a complaint to Labour officer in Labour dept and also to welfare officer in ESI dept and social security officer in PF dept describing your facts and seek help.
