Some key personnel hiring from Contract Payroll to Company payroll as a Fixed Term employees for Fix period i.e. 3 years. After completion of Fixed Term, he moves on Company paroll as a permanent employee. I would like to know what precaution I have to ensure for smooth Industrial Relation and follow Labour Laws.

Whats the purpose of this exercise?
Even if its a contractor's employee (off role), even than provisions of ESI, PF are applicable and responsibility of compliance is of principal employer.
Any employee that has worked with any employer for 6 months, law presumes that he is a permanent employee....
