Sir, whether an area is an implemented area or not under section 1(3) of ESI Act, 1948 is a matter of fact and difficult to answer correctly by the seniors / experts in this forum. It will be more better if you enquire the same from the nearest office of ESIC located in Jamnagar, Gujarat or from Regional Office, ESIC, Ahmedabad (Gujarat).
