I am working in a very small company (3 employees) and every one is trying to leave. I have 60 days notice peroid but two employees who left before me just served or asked to serve only 1 month notice peroid as there is no work left in the company. So ,I told my new employer which is a big MNC, that I have 1 month notice period thinking I too will have to serve for 1 month . But my current employer does not want me leave in 1 month. He has not even given me my previous month salary. I also offered him that I would serve the notice period without pay, he can have my previous month salary as well, He just wouldn't agree, he also said that he doesn't want to see my face in the office but won't let me leave until I serve full notice period. So he basically want me lose my new job. What are my options. Should I serve 2 months notice period and what if he does'nt let me leave even after that 2 months as no one joins the company as most employees have fled and other two are also planning to leave. In four years the company had made only 3 projects and only had 7 employees once.
