I am working from last 2 years in autonomous government organization under contractual period of 3 year, and i am getting salary as per grady pay and band +DA ( variable)/PF deduction and not eligible for any other allowances (HRA etc). and i am the only one staff who is getting variable DA rest are on fix contract. 4200 / 9300
From this month our permanent employees are entitled for 7th pay , i have a query regarding this
I am also eligible for this 7th pay or not ?
if not then why and what will be my criteria for my salary as the DA and all the other things have been revised or dissolved ?
Am i eligible for 3% increment or not ?
If i am eligible then how i can process these things according to law? if any statement / judgement is their then pleas share.
