I was working in a reputed hospital as Junior F&B Manager from October'2015.Few months back, my immediate boss (GM-Hospitality) started to interfere in all my activities to hackle me & she has complained our M.D. against. She has convinced him to terminate me.So last month when I've joined my duty after taking leave due to my sister's operation our H.R. Manager asked me to resign or else they would terminate me. When I asked them on which ground I am forced to resign she couldn't tell me anything except the fact that it is an order from the superior authority. Then I tried to ask G.M. about it but she couldn't show any proper reason except the fact that my performance was unsatisfactory & she avoided me. Later on, I talked about it to our M.S. but he told me that G.M. has convinced the superior authority to terminate me & they don't want to listen a word. So our H.R. Manager forced me to resign by creating a terror of terminating me.At last, I have mailed her my resignation letter requesting her to give me a notice period of 1 month, i.e. till 31st October. They didn't give me any written feedback about their acceptance of my resignation letter. On the next day, they provided me my experience certificate in which my work experience was mentioned till 31st September (i.e. not including my notice period). Then H.R. Manager verbally told me not to come to the office as ordered by the superior authority & they will give me salary of my notice period (i.e. October'2016). I asked her to give me a letter of assurance about my salary during my notice period but she refused to do so. I was left with no option. Now today I've checked my salary account & saw that they have given me salary of only the no.of days I've worked and not including my notice period. So I will be grateful if you can kindly suggest me what should I do?? Thanks, Shib Roy...
Mr. Shib, first u check your appointment order (i.e for the lieu of notice period conditions). if they have violated the terms and conditions you can send the legal notice where you have to brief the details. And if not solved on bases of the records file a case to Labour officer.
