I need your guidance on one issue regarding my disagreement with my employer.
Some basic information -
Employer - Co-Operative bank in Pune, Maharashtra.
Employee strength - Approx. 250
Date of Joining - 23-09-2011
Date of resignation - 16-08-2016
Last day of working - 06-09-2016
Notice period - 1 Month ( served 22 days and adjusted 8 days from balance leave)
My issue is -
1) My employer does not agree to pay me amount for balance annual leave of 32 days.
2) Am I eligible for Gratuity per amendment of Madras court case.
3) What is the process to take this issue to the labour court.
