Dear Sir/Madam,
I left a co. 3 months back with a positive note . It was mentioned on my appointment letter a notice period of 60 days.
I resigned with a short notice period of 10days due to personal reason. I requested my immediate boss to relieve my ASAP mentioning my LWD. He accepted my resignation assuring that my last salary will not be held. Now after 3months also I'm not getting salary, giving reason of "not serving notice period". While leaving they decided not to recruit somebody at my place, so I handed over my task to my Asistant as directed by my immediate boss. So why are they giving me reason of notice period. Also higher authorities are denying of accepting to clear my dues saying "my supervisor has accepted resignation so he is only responsible"
Many past employee had left without notice period, who was paid their salary. Why not me?
