I am looking at a model to help us manage labour laws compliance for real estate area..
I am working for a developer and most of our construction gets executed through labour contractors. They neigher have bandwidth or mind set to comply for labour laws. At end we as a developer end up doing all compliance on their behalf. We work on various sites where labour keeps on changing every now and then and it becomes very difficult to maintain records and do compliance.
Does anyone have a solution to manage such situations? Do we have some case studies which gives insights in to solving such problems? 28th September 2016 From India, Pune
