We are looking for Technical Support Engineers with minimum 6 months of experience in related field for Gurgaon Location. It's a B2B profile ( 60% Voice ) where TSE will be point of contact for all technical queries related to login. TSE will be trained on handling password reset queries in Active Directory.
1) Excellent communication skills
2) 24*7 operations and most of the times shift will be in EST hours
3) Technical bent of mind to isolate a problem quickly
4) Basic troubleshooting of desktop/laptop and gadgets
5) Email configuration
1) Customer service approach
2) Candidate should be comfortable with US shifts timings, tech Support (Semi- Tech) voice process.
3) B. Tech/ BCA freshers with excellent communication are also eligible to apply.
Salary: INR 2,00,000 - 3,25,000 P.A
