Hello,presently i am working in a X company,present hr asked my old UAN details.he told that he will link present member id to old UAN.i worked in a Y company for 9 months,but inorder to make to 1 year i created 3 more months pay slips and gave to my current company while joining my actual date of exiating previous organization was 29th march 2014 but i gave 30th june 2014 and i also i breaked my 2 years bond in my old organization by left the job after 9 months.now he told that he will link my present pf id to UAN for this it will require previous organization approval.they wont apprpve because of different existing date where i gave in currrnt organization.can anyone help how to come out from this situation without creating any problem to my current job
give actual dates in form 13 and submit the form manually after approval from old company, as old company record is matching with your form 13, they will not delay the form
under electronic transfer the form is visible to both the companies
in this way the transfer will be done and your new company will not come to know the date of leaving of your establishment, mere UAN number will come to them to add your previous EPF account

How to submit manually form 13.to whom i have to submit whether to my past organization or current organization?
1) your present employer has linked UAN only, not submitted form 13 ( transfer claim)
2) fill a manual claim with exact data of previous company with exact leaving date(29 march 2014), (part C may be filled or blank at the time of endorsement by previous employer) fill date of joining in part C as actual
3) previous employer will endorse the same ( no need to produce this form 13 to present employer)
4) submit the form 13 duly signed by previous employer to EPF office of previous employer and get dated acknowldgement
5) EPFO will transfer the fund linked with your UAN to new EPF account , this will be not under knowledge of new employer, they will have linked UAN only.

Dear infront of me,they filled in some form about date of leaving,UAN,father name,pan card,bank details.I dont know why they filled.can u tell me one think without my acknowledge my present employer will apply for transfer of previous id and also tell me present employer will only Eligible to link only UAN
What is form 11,i signed on form at the time of joining.with form 11 the present emplpyer can do anything?

form 11 is data to be entered in the employee record , viz, name, relation name, dob , sex and UAN data if they any previous employment , you can furnish the data there mentioning the old UAN , this will ease your employer for linking your account to your own UAN already have

if you wish to file the procedure as mentioned by me, you can leave the DOE blank, just UAN is enough, however if your old UAN is seeded with aadhar /bank and pan, then giving DOJ/DOE in previous employment it will file automatic 13 by system

deemed that if you have left your job in march 14, no KYC is seeded in your UAN, so auto filing of form 13 is not possible through your present employer . ( as the KYC system came in existance in july 2014) they can attach your UAN only, and let them do it with whatsoever date march 14 or june 14 does not matter, it confirms only the UAN , if they feel trouble then file the form 13 manually 1st and on receipt of same at your uan portal, you can ask them to seed , that time it will ask UAN number only

HR has given me my UAN details but when I visit the link for Activation , after filling all details when they ask for GET PIN its stuck their only...many time I tried it but no improvement...I mention my Mobile no but not receiving PIN details on mobile...after asking HR they are saying that my Mobile no previously use by other person and still it is active in there account but from last two year I am using same no, now Please suggest how to update it so that I will get my PF information on my mobile and able to activate my UAN no ....its almost one year
