Forced resignation during pregnancy
Hi all m working in a pvt. ltd. company from last 8 years. now my company is going to shut down.and the company is taking resignation letter from the employee giving three months ctc. and threatening the employees to resign otherwise they will terminate the employee.in my case i am pregnant. and i refused to resign and told them to give me 6 months compensation for my pregnancy. but they refused and forced me to resign. i resigned bcoz i was stressed.now can i file a case against the company for forced resignation??and is there any chance to get compensation for my pregnancy duration coz i cannot get any job in the market due to pregnancy??

Hi i am aparna lives in bangalore.i work as a bussiness development manager in a company for 1 year and 3 months. i am asked to leave the company as a part of cost cutting after i announced my pregnancy however there was no communication to me in writing but was metioned to /me over the phone on 01/07/2013 and informed me that i have to quit after the month and no salaries been credited to me for the month of june and july. can i fight aginst this legally??
A female employee is continuously absent since the pregnancy test is positive. can company terminate her?
Need your suggestion on maternity act. 1 female employee is tasted a pregnancy test positive on 1st april 2021 and she is not coming to the office till now 9 august 2021. the company is ready to provide a cab facility nearby her house and the company is also willing to provide maternity benefits as well as mediclaim reimbursement. as per the maternity act 80 days present are required in the past 12 months. on that basis her 80 days present are there. and she is continuously submitting a doctor s certificate for rest. now the company wants that she has to resume her work and take maternity leave before 13 weeks of the tentative date of delivery. and even the company can t terminate her now. in this case does she eligible for the maternity act? or what other action company can take as she is continuously absent?

Misuse of maternity benefit by employee - what should be the appropriate action for such situations?
X company has hired a female employee on 15th april 2020. after a month the company started facing issues with her performance. the company decided to give her verbal warnings instead of direct termination or any strict action. but there seems to be no improvement till august 2020. meanwhile the management and hr have decided to issue her pip with 30 days' notice. but before doing this she updated the company about her 2 months pregnancy and her plans for the maternity leaves. her clear intention was to avoid this termination on the grounds of maternity benefits and rules. now the management team got into a confused state of whether to terminate or not to terminate her. if they go for it she can file a case that because of maternity benefits the company has asked her to leave. if they dont then she is an additional burden to the company for the next 15 months 9 months pregnancy 6 months leaves. so on humanitarian grounds the company decided to give her another chance by dropping an email which states about the performance dissatisfaction and that she needs to fix it asap without writing anything about the termination. now she again took the advantage of this email by spreading a verbal message among other employees that she has been harassed mentally during her critical days of pregnancy. please suggest what should be the appropriate action for such situations?

Hi allm working in a pvt. ltd. company in delhi from last 2 years. now suddenly company has informed me that i will be terminated and have to leave in 23 days on the grounds of bad performance though i have not been pointed ever on any negative performance or bad behaviour ever.the company has also indirectly asked for resignation letter from me giving one months ctc. and threatening indirectly to resign otherwise they will terminate �in my case i am pregnant of 5 months. i need suggestions...can i refused to resign and ask them to give me 6 months compensation for my pregnancy. �or can i file a case against the company for forced resignation??�and is there any chance to get compensation for my pregnancy duration coz i cannot get any job in the market due to pregnancy??plz plz suggest.
