Dear Friends, Last year my company extended 15 months contract (till end of December 2016) to all staff. But the work is going to complete in Mid October 2016. Our management has decided to give an early end of contract letter to some staff that because of the work is completed and your (staff) service is not required after 15 November 2016.
As per the agreement we have to provide one month prior written notice to them. I need your help to prepare a letter (template letter) by covering all the above situation with one month notice which will be effective from 15 October 2016.
Thanks.
