Hi Team,
Thank you so much for your never ending support. I understand, we need to have ease to communicate our thoughts and work together to achieve the assigned targets. To serve the purpose of understanding each other better, and cater all your queries or concern over recent project development, we would have a weekly meeting starting on "date" at "time".
Lets try to make it a practice to share!
Thanks,
XYZ
Also, I would recommend you more to a secured communication platform!
PulseConnect offers you peer to peer connectivity in a secure environment. Whether on Phone, Laptop or Tablets, defines your work zone and helps you communicate in secured space. Now communication is secured on IM, email or SMS and got amazing features too.

Hey Avnee,
Thank you so much for your wonderful reply. I will surely follow the guide line .Apart from this I do have an another doubt,In my company in a month employee gets 1 leave in probation period and after confirmation they will get 1.5 leaves , if an employee is in notice period ,Previously he has 5 number of leave ,so during his full and final settlement I will encash on the basis of 5 leaves or I will give 1 more leave of that notice period.so in total 6 leave. So shall I go for 5 leaves or 6 leaves encashment.
Please suggest.

Dear sabnam, since his/ her date of relieving would be on the last day of his working. Hence all leaves salary payable etc all would be on the basis of last working day and notice period is irrelevant here.

Hi Sabnam, As @prrsarma mentioned. It would be the apt process. Thank you, Avnee.
