Dear All,
What exactly do we have to give in an HR report? My boss wants me to decide what details I need to give. The company has no formats, they want me to introduce evrything. Can some one help me with some formats. What details should we give from HR department to the Company every month?

Hi,
You will have to device your own format . You can include the following :
Employees on roll as on--
New induction during the month,
separation from service
Average absenteeism
Any major incident like strike, or industrial relations matter
Any major accident,
Any inspection or report of Government Authorities
Any agreement, settlement or award or court decision
Any major activity relating to employees welfare
Status of functioning of Joint committees if any
etc etc.
These are just a few suggestions for your consideration.

NEW JONIEE REPORT
HR BUDGET
HR STATUTORY AND COMPLIANCE REPORT(ESIC/PF ETC)
MAN POWER PLANNING
REPORT ON POLICY AND ITS FUNCTIONING, OR REQUIREMENT OF NEW POLICY
REPORT ON COMPLAIN ADDRESSED TO HR AND THE ACTIONS TAKEN
AND IN ADDITION TO ABOVE IF THE HR IS HANDLING IR ISSUES FROM CORPORATE THAN ALSO ADD WHAT CRYSIL HAS ALREADY MENTIONED
THEN REPORT ON PEOPLE WHO ARE ELIGIBLE FOR PROMOTIONS/DISCIPLINARY ACTION TAKEN AND REWARDS AND PUNISHMENTS PROVIDED
ANY/ ALL EMPLOYEE SURVEY TAKEN
EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT ACTIVITY REPORT
