Dear Vihari, Company has authority to terminate him or her is taking leaves without intimating their reporting officer.
Dear Friend,
As far as is concerned Absenteeism we need to follow the following while discharing the employee.
A.Procedure laid down under the Certified standing orders of the company.
A simple recall letter to be issued asking him to report for duty.
In case if he do not report send 2nd Recall letter followed by the Charge sheet/show cause as the case may be follw the paper advt asking him to report for duty preferably in a local news paper and then a simple enquiry Procedure and final notice of discharge.

Please send me the proof / draft / sample copy of the Welfare Officer appointment letter as per the factories act. because the given appointment letter has been rejected by Factories Inspector and stated that it should be separate. Hence, please send us the sample.
