For checking Pf status its best to go to the PF or write an Application to the pf office addressing Asst. Pf Commissinor or who ever is the at the highest post deir,usually AFPF is highest, office shuld be frm which ur Companies Pf number is isued usually its frm where company head office is that imformation can collected frm ur HR department, Ur hr can tell about the contribution comapny has paid in the yrs u r in employment of that company frm Form 3A and 6A every year which r the annual returns filed by company in pf department it contains imformation paid whole yr u can ask to see that copy, but as u get 8.5% interest on contributiion towards pf so its best to get thart imformation frm PF department by telling ur pf code number.
