Dear Experts,
I have a query. A member's UAN was successfully linked from previous Company to our Organization. KYC is also verified by us.
But I was in assumption that once the mobile number is activated for a UAN, it would continue the same irrespective of the Company he or she belongs to. Here the case is, when the member went to submit PF forms for settlement, he was told that UAN is not activated.
In view of solving the problem, we tried to put his mobile number and it is saying the UAN is already registered with the given mobile number. But when he goes to withdraw they say mobile number is not activated.
How to solve this problem without using any alternate mobile number?
Please help me through this asap as employee pf settlement is on hold.
