Dear All,
I am new to tis site. Found it very informative.
I am having 3yrs experience in HR, have done my MBA in Finance.
So i think to grow up in this field i shd opt for HR specialization. Please sggest me for the same. I ve two universities in mind- ICFAI and Symbiosis distance learning.
What do you suggest - are there any other gud unv. ?
- Whether my decision is correct to go for HR specialization?
Please guide me!!!!!!!

Dear Hena, Symbiosys can be opted if you wish to you have online degree, but I suggest you to assume executive programme as it will be much better in contrast with online. Regards, Pankaj

symbiosis is too better 4 you compare than icfai, be coz symbiosis has contain good study meterial in hr and also marketing.

there are other options avl too eg IGNOU has been awarded the No1 prize for best courseware in asia

hi sumiv! as far as your question is concerned both the institutes are good. i am pursuing my mba from ICFAI BUSINESS SCHOOL in HR. this is my 4th sem and i hav found the course books very good.

Both are good for distance learning. Symbi is less expensive. However, I would recommend you to seriously consider the time that u might spent for a correspondence course. Will you get enough time?
I may sound discouraging, but a reality check is what most of my friends missed to do.
