We Have Been Paying Salaries In Our Company Directly Without Any Salary Slips Till Now.
My Boss Has Now Told Me To Introduce Salary Slips Which Can Be Signed By The Employees So That They Can Also Keep Track Of Their Leaves And Deductions. I am new in this department.
Please Provide Me A Salary Slip Format Which Contains The Details Of Leaves, Deductions And Advances.

First of all you have to plan the salary structure such as for which heads how much the salary is been paid? what is your leave policy? what are the deductions (ESI,PF,PT,TDS, etc...)?
based on those only you can prepare the Salary Slip/Pay Slip

Hi sharmishtha, Please make a list of all deductions you have in your company like PF, PT, TDS etc; Please find the attached payslip formats which may be helpful for you.
