Dear All,
I just wanted to check that which of the method is more economical to the principal employer i.e. hiring security & hosekeeping personnels directly or through contractor.
Also, what all are the statutory compliances need to be taken care of in both the hiring methods ( as mentioned above)

ITS BETTER TO HIRE THIS TYPE OF PEOPLE THROUGH CONTRACTOR ONLY NOT TAKE THEM ON ROLL.
FOR THIS YOUR CONTRACTOR HAVE A VALID LICEN. & YOU COMPANY ALSO A VALID LICEN I.E CONTRACT HIRING LICEN.
