There is system named MATRIX that takes care of attendance, time-office,leave and tour management. It is a server based web solution and has a good ESS (Employee Self Service) system. Many of the things are configurable and can be customized.

ESSL lacked some basic features like employee self service and robust leave management. ClockIt had all the features that we wanted and much more. They also customise the solution based on your requirement.
