Dear Seniors,
I am an MBA-HR graduate and have worked in hospital industry for 1.4 yrs. But due to my health issues I had to resign and take a six months break from work. I am in dilemma that weather I should do any course related to HR that will help me in grabbing a decent job or resume to work? I aim to work in a good position in HR, in a reputed organisation. Kindly provide your guidance.

Hi there, I would suggest to first expedite your job search and start preparing for the interviews. Once you go through interviews you will gain confidence in your marketability and will also be able to assess the competence area where you need more polishing or training. Please read more and more on the current HR trends and practices, and condition your mindset towards practicing at workplace. Good luck for your job search.
