Whether to do some job after marriage is family's personal matter. We the members of this forum cannot comment on that. However, you have made a sweeping statement by saying "after the marriage of girl there career is over". This is not true per se. In fact the statement is anachronistic. India has moved far ahead now and there is no gender differentiation as such. Heads of most of the private banks are women. Head of BSF is also a woman.
However, if you look at geography of India, you will find that challenge not allowing woman to work is a problem more with north Indian states than others. And that is why they have less social or economic progress!
