Am working as executive HR,on a auto parts manufacturing company from last 6 months ,which sales its parts to TATA moters , now its looks that there is regularly lose of production takes place. and the materials are not dispatch to the TATA moters so there is delay in salary of warkers and the company will not produce its products properly and there is layoff situation arise. i dont have enough idea that how to tackle the situation so there is no such situation arise.
so please help me to overcome the situation
