Dear Reena,

Here are the few ways:

1. Ask your collegues to reffer their friends( one of the best way to get the employees)

2.Maximize candidate outreach. Tap various resources, including job boards, print, radio, social media like Linkedin,FB, etc..

and your employees (e.g., for referrals) to generate applicant traffic.

3.Talk to the training institutes nearby who train people in spoken english and other communicational skill.

4.Talk to the placement offices of nearby colleges nearby and conduct a drive in their college.

5.Partner with a staffing firm that specializes in the area of need and has a demonstrated ability to deliver a similar volume of comparable skill sets in a timely manner.

To conduct a good drive here are the few common steps to follw :

# Design an effective and efficient selection process that is structured and uniform, yet not lengthy and time-intensive. Start with a detailed phone screen to minimize “misses.”

# Be user-friendly. Get creative and flexible with the time and location where the interviews will occur. Make it easy and convenient for candidates to be considered.

# Develop an efficient and effective onboarding process.

hope this post helps you ...

Regards,

- K

thanx ram for ur suggestions really appreciated and we are planning to do advertisements but we have many competitors in same building and all are running the same process that is the reason we are facing this challenges and as i informed its a startup bpo so most of the candidates are not aware about it.
i wanted to ask one think that if we will tie up with a consultancy who is hiring for bpo that will help us or not?

Hi,
For bulk hiring first you should decide how to reach out the targeted audience about your hiring. This can be done through analyzing the skills requirements, understanding availability skills in the market, source of targeted skills/candidates and recruitment process. I have used social media like free job posting sites, whats app groups and location specific networking.
Thanks,

Get access to around 4,00,000 pre-assessed candidate database by posting a job on HireMee with zero cost. Choose candidates based on their scores and video resumes that suit your requirements.
We are committed to achieve our immediate aim of completing 2 million student assessments across 7000 campuses. This helps you to find a wide variety of students from both urban areas and tier 2 and tier 3 cities for your requirements.
Isn’t it a great reason to be a part of this?
