Hello Everyone
I am working in manufacturing unit as a Executive- HR & Admin and i have light knowledge of PMS but have not practical experience. now i have to start KRA, KPI, PMS Activity.
First i need to prepare KRA for production supervisor, production manager, Store Manager, & all other common dept. of one manufacturing unit.
i need your help in prepare KRA, Measured KPI, and further process.
also i need some basic format to start.
would you please help me.

Devising KPIs and KRAs: - Devising KPIs and KRAs is not that easy. Scores of senior management professionals have taken training from me. Even after training also, I found that they were not capable to devise the KRAs for their department. This is where you need to take help of external consultants like me. We are planning to set up Snacks Manufacturing unit and in process of appointing project head that will not only set up the project from scratch but will also be responsible for project take off and its success through creating economical logistic/ infra / distribution channels to implement effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve targeted revenue and corporate goals.
