Please guide on creating hr department in beverage factory.
I have 2 years of experience in hr. I am very well in induction, attendance, leave, recruitment, performance appraisal, exit policy, medical, admin.
I know the format for above one but right now don't have updated one. other than this what else I required. I have to create hr policy?
what legal process I have to do like for pf, Esic, Gratuity. what are the process other than this a factory need. what are the forms I will required.
how to calculate it n where to post there forms like pf in pf office. I don't have an idea about the updated calculation or any changes made in the law like (pf rate of interest is change )
guide me for payroll too. how to do it.
