Omkar here. I am working with one company from 11 months. When i joined the organization i was working as Customer Service Executive for US shift, and because of some business issue that BPO sector got shut downed. And they moved me in HR department to work as HR Recruiter. So i am working as HR Recruiter from last 3 months with the same company. And need your help guys to learn about HR skills, Responsibilities, Management. Even i do not have any previous experience in HR not i am not having background of HR (Qualification ).
So please help me out with the points which i have to take care of as HR, how to manage things. How to screen out candidate. AND yes as of now i have to make Questionnaires form. Grade sheet for different profiles. So if you can help me out with the format.
