My company (solar energy solution) is based in Bangalore but the employees work at different places across India. Actually they work at our client's places (Solar plants) as maintenance engineers/technicians. We are the contractor for operating and maintaining client's solar plants. We also keep employees transferred from one plant to another. Here I look suitable advice on statutory requirements like labour act,license/certificats, PF,ESI,PT etc
You have to maintain proper statutory records and follow compliances as per the applicable laws of the state where you maintain their payroll.
