Deepak Sir, a corporate HR policy will have to be created after understanding the current work practices in your company. General guidelines on framing policies that are given can help in knowing what needs to be done. Implementation is another matter all together

Dear Mr. Deepak,
Mr Dinesh and Mr. Fred have explained how to form a corporate policy. There are many factors which lead the format of your co. HR Policy. (Nature of Business/Industry, company structure, turnover, no. of employees, budget, management approach etc.)
However, pls find attached list of some policies which an HR need to maintain uniformity and discipline. You can choose as per your company requirement.
