need ur help n guidance to solve one of the problem. Can a secretarty be given a job rotation in process role of customer service just because her reporting boss has resigned and she is an onrolls employee.
is it nt injustice on behalf of HR to allow such wron practice in office and not havng someone who has no eligibility or not from same feild to take onboard and not considering existing employee of that department who is tenured in system and process to recommend for manager post which is vacant.
pls sugest asap your suggestions. if anyone senior sees my post pls suggest
