Kindly help me to resolve the problem
Candidate join in a company through XYZ consultancy and as per agreement candidate complete the tenture 45 days in that company .candodate join on i june and give resignation after 40 days and completed one month notice period and leave that organication on 8th aug it means candidate completed 68 days in that organisation ,but company not ready to pay that candidate amount to tht xyz consultancy in this case what that consultancy do....how they will get the payment from their client(company)

If company has agreed / signed amid this term also to release consultancy charges after candidate has been into employment for 45 days, then consultant can sue and get service charges as already candidate has been for 68 days in the employment.

But company not paying in last week they said give replacement and now saying no replacement do wahtaever you want to do go to police as well kindly help how to resolv this issue what action should i take or without any dispute how to resolve this problem
