Dear All,
Kindly tell how to make full and final as per below condition. Actually this question is case study, but I could not reach positive result. Please give your valuable advise in this matter. Please see below condition.
Emp . A date of Joining 26/04/2015 and reliving date 06/07/2016
Gross salary 8000/Rs
He worked 20 days in notice period and during the notice period he availed 05 leave, but company allowed only one leave.
EL Balance =06
Bonus also given in F&F
2000 Deduction pending loan
So what amount will be paid to A EMPLOYEE?
I am waiting your advise in this matter

Dear Gaurav,
Before asking solutions from seniors and fellow members, pls first put your query with relevant information and proper format.
Pls clarify the below points:-
1 Which period salary is due for payment:-
a Whether June month salary paid in full ?
b Only July salary is pending for 07 days. Both are due.
2 Whether there is any breakup of Rs. 8000.00?
3 Whether the salary is same round the period? or there was any revision.
4 What is required Notice Period?
The exact amt can be calculated only after giving proper informations.
