Please help me with regard to what all policies do we need to adhere for a private limited company located in Hyderabad ?
Also, there is a revised Maternity policy, if someone can share the latest one.
Guide me what do I refer in case of any changes or updation in statutory laws pertaining to Hyderabad, India.

Regarding new maternity policy Yes it is been passed by the cabinet ministers
But still it will take time for implementation stage as the following procedure has to be completed.
Once any bill is passed it has to get President assent, then there will be release of gazette notification. Till the gazette notification is not released the newly proposed amendment rules will not be in force.
Regarding other acts it varies based in the nature of the organisation & size of the organisation
