Hi,
I am from India and working in a very reputed software company (currently serving notice period). According to boss i was a very valued employee and right after my resignation wanted to let me know that we speak same mother tongue hence we can work with good rapport if I stay back. But upon my denial she has suddenly become very hostile. She is new to this business and doesn't possess the required technical knowledge. Because of which the vendor team who are filling up position is jeopardising knowledge transfer (citing lame reasons ) and she is not even able to understand the scenario. I am not able to make her understand this as she doesn't trust me anymore. Now she thinks that I am her biggest enemy and has started behaving rude to me in public, which I find to be very disrespectful. I never wanted to burn the bridges but her behavior keeps me from putting any new effort. Please suggest what should I do at this point.
