We the members of this forum are outsiders. We know nothing about your organisation's requirement. What is the point if we propose something that does not meet your organisation's needs? The training topics are derived from the Training Needs Analysis (TNA). It appears that you have not done TNA, hence your doubt.
What is the nature of your industry? What is your finished product or service? What are the productivity or performance issues? What are the quality issues? What are the staff issues? How do you measure the performance of the various departments?

Thereafter, do the training TNA, based on TNA prepare the training calendar, based on the training calendar conduct the training programme and thereafter measure the training effectiveness.
