Hi. I am Mechatronics Engineer and I work in a Software firm. I was pretty much jobless for nearly 2 years and finally succeeded in getting a job at a reputed MNC. Currently I have 2.7 years of experience. I have developed little programming skills. I am very good on SQL, PL/SQL. I'm average on Java. I currently work in a support project. I like this because I feel I have good analytical skills.
How do i grow in this. I am good at analysis root causes, fixing failures, etc. What are the other opportunities I should look for in the IT industry. I would consider myself as a problem solver than a developer.
Kindly give your valuable thoughts on this.
Thanks
Kaja
