Can anyone please suggest me the development plan for under graduates working in retail company?
Employees are of educational background is below intermediate level.
suggest me the methods to develop these employees?
what would be the different ways to develop their managerial skills?
its a big challenge to us as most of employees are of same qualification

Hi!
Developing employees can be done in different manners/ approaches. Companies can invest in formal or skills training and/ or even go into degree programs. The choice would depend on the available budget that the company is willing to provide to it.
Managerial Skills can also be given to employees in the same manner as mentioned above. Higher managerial positions can be allowed to pursue MBA programs during weekends and/ or after office hours so work will not be affected. Others can be motivated to go into home study programs on courses that are relevant to their jobs.
