I have 6 years of HR experience and currently in Global HR team, taking care of Reporting and systems. What will be the best long term career profile? For instance, HR VP Account director like that and what to do for that?

If you are handling only the reporting part with a minimal exposure to other operational part of HR, then I think VP role would not be an appropriate target, as very fewer companies will have an executive role for a thin stream.
