I have been terminated from the well known pvt ltd company.
I am working from last 9 months but I am on probationary period.
usualy company confirm there employes in 6 months but I have not got confirmation.
And now i have recived a letter that you are terminated by the services.
And they says that u r terminated acording to clause (9) which is company can terminate any time by giving you one month salary.
I m into the pharma company in sales profesion and I am doing my targets and best performer also.
Please can you sugest what should i do know. Can i file a case or what else I can do now. What legal i can do?
