All companies under Factories Act will be covered by the Industrial Disputes Act 1947. You must be aware of the distinction among the three.Simply stating the companies Act deals with formation of a company and it's running while the Factories Act deals with setting up of a factory and it's running and the Industrial Disputes Act deals with the rights and obligations of the employers and the employees employed in the Factory and in the company.
