how can i understand that which company is under factories act and which under ID act ? and which is under company act please guide me

All companies under the Factories Act will be covered by the Industrial Disputes Act of 1947. You must be aware of the distinction among the three. Simply put, the Companies Act deals with the formation of a company and its operations, while the Factories Act deals with the establishment and operation of a factory, and the Industrial Disputes Act focuses on the rights and obligations of the employers and employees working in the factory and the company.
