Employees in a retail store in Delhi have 4 weekly offs in a month. Can anyone advice on what is the policy if the designated day falls 5 times in the same month? Thanks in advance

A weekly off shall be given after six days of working and is not calculated on the basis of number of Sundays in a month, though Sundays are declared as weekly offs in majorly establishments.

As per Law, the weekly offs are not depends on the number of sundays fall in a month, after every 6 days an employee is eligible to get one whole day as a weekly off. If an employee is worked on weekly off it could be compensate as per existing law of the particular state government.
