Dear Seniors,
i have offer from a real estate company as team leader. the company director has verbally said if you want job you will not ask for appointment letter, PF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity, PL, CL, SL, Salary slip etc. i wonder inspite such voilation company employee strength is more than 70 and none of them has initiate to complaint for the same. the company has made policy to let the employee to be compelled to ask for their rights. frankly speaking company is taking credit of unemployment in the market,
my question is? why labour authorities does not intiate to check weather statutoty compliences are being properly complying or not,

Labour depts conduct random checks and thats how the company may have escaped notice.
Also I wont always blame the employer in such a case, since even today I see plenty employees who would rather take a higher Take home than pay for their PF, ESIC, etc. Perhaps because they are unaware of their long term benefits or if they are 'Job-Hoppers' they anyway wont reap benefits of long term programs like Gratuity, etc.
However, since you are aware of this, you may volunteer information to relevant authorities if you feel like.
