At our company we follow the leave policy as:
If employee is absent on Saturday and Monday then Sunday is also marked as absent. I have a doubt regarding this month as 15th August falls on Monday and there's a staff who has planned long holiday wherein the employee would be taking leave from 13th Aug (Saturday) to 17th August (Tuesday). Kindly help how will I maintain this record.
Also for Non- production department 2nd & 4th Saturday is off. What if the staff avails leave from 12th August (Friday) to 17th August (Tuesday).
