Hi i have almost 8 years of exp. in my last org i worked for four years and now jobless. i am updating resumes continuously with no success. can i fake my exp to show that i m still working in my last org. i will manipulate my relieving letter accordingly.
Fake or real i shld go for
:icon9:however i m a mech engineer of 2008 batch. i m desperate to go to gulf by ths jan for my future career but so far i ve an exp of just 9 mnths & by dec it would b 1yr max. but i m planning to show an exp of 2 yrs as most of gulf comp needs a min of tht.i m a site hvac engineer.do u ppl thnk d gulf comp will have a background check & shall i show an exp of 2yrs. or will 1yr exp wil help me???? if yes can ne1 plz tell how it would...plz reply as soon as poss guys.m much eager for it & in need too. :icon9:
Experience not included in current company - will there be any problem with background verification?
Hi i was having a total of 6 years of exp 3 years of exp from abc company abc was my first company and 3 years from xyz company xyz was my 2nd company a small firm no pf deduction was there . to my current company mno i have shown only 3 years of exp of my first company ie abc and haven t shown exp of my 2nd company xyz due to some reason. now i have 1 year of exp of my current company mno so real is 7 years of exp but as i excluded the second company exp while applying in mno in that case exp will be of 4 years only now for the next job i want to show all my 7 years of exp abc xyz current company mnq. will there be any problem with background verification bcoz my current employer mno only knows about abc company only. pls help. i am very much worried about it.

I have got job offers from citi technology services and godrej infotech through a consultant. citi is offering me 5.75 lakhs per annum and gorej is offering 4.5 lakhs per annum. cts is located 5 minute from my house and godrej is located 1 hrs from my house. citi joining date is 1 sept and godrej is 15 sept. my plan is to work for citi til 14 sept and if i dont feel comfortable in citi i will join godrej infotech. but my consultant is forcing me to chose one of these commpanies asap so that he can line up candidates for the other company so that he can get comissions from both companies. the other problem is that my total exp is 2.8 years but in my resume i have written my total exp as 3 years. i even had some kts in my engineer and it took me 5 years to finish my engineering. both of the employers are unaware of this fact. are there any chances of getting caught in background check as i have hidden abt my kts in engineering and work exp4 months extra??? which of the above companies have stringent background check??? should i go to godrej and show cts offer letter and tell them to revise my salary?
Unable to serve complete notice period
I am a software engineer with 3 yrs of exp. i have worked with 3 companies. 3rd one being my current. i have worked there for 1 year. employee agreement states that employee has to server np of 60 days failing which he/she is liable to pay 2 month s salary to the company. i resigned from the company few days back through the email as my work location and company location are in diff states i got a call from comp hr saying that i have to server np of 60 and that they won t give buyout option. i tried to convince a lot but all in vain and i can serve 30 days but not 60. now as an obvious consequence i will not be given relieving/experience letter. i have offer letter appointment letter pay slipsall. i have got an offer from cmmi level 4 mnc and they are ready to take me on the basis of prev. appointment letter only as they have already done my background check and i passed through it. i need advice on: 1. if nothing works shall i complete 60 days np to get relieving/exp letter and lose new offer from 2. lose relieving/exp letter and go ahead with new offer.? 3. are all companies' relieving/exp letters required during passport visa processing. i mean will i be able to go abroad at some point time in future if i don t have some of the relieving/exp letters throughout my career.? 4. i believe there are few companies who ask for all the past employment certificates most of them just need previous employment certs. so say when i will leave the 4th new offer which i have now company in future by that time i will be experience professional with around 5 yrs of work exp. that time will it really matter if i don;t have reliving/exp cert from 3rd comp.considering that i can manage background check from 3rd comp and i have cleared everything with 4th comp.? please i am really stuck seek valuable advice / thoughts.
Cognizant background check process
Hi what is the cognizant background check process. will they do background check before joining. what is the third party company that do background checks by cognizant. i worked for a small company and the employees count is 50. i am not sure whether the company is registered one or not in india. i am worried will this become a problem. any help will be highly appreciated
