Dear All,
I am working with one private ltd company in Vileparle Mumbai since Jan 2015. I have seen this employer terminates his employees with reason saying he cannot afford the salary, there is no work in the company, company is under cost cutting etc and secondly he is hiring new employees for same designation sometimes even on more salary and even employees who are not from that background or similar profile.
when he is terminating employees he is not even giving any proper notice period to employees, he is not doing their F&F on time. He is deducting PF&ESIC and terminating employees in just couple of months and hence the employee is loosing his PF contribution without his fault.
Is there any law where I can get proper feedback and help these employees to get their rights.
I would be very grateful and glad if I get some contact details where I can help these employees who are not aware of their rights.
